Holiday's can be tough when you are stuck in your own mess of disordered eating. It can be extremally hard to take a step back & give yourself anything....am I right?

In today's episode, I talk about the 8 (non-tangible) gifts that you can give yourself this Christmas. These gifts have the power to change your life, your future, & your relationship with your body & food.

Believe me, I see you.... For years of my life, I remember Christmas being excruciating. Opening up clothes from family that weren't my size or treats brought by friends encouraging me to eat them, did nothing but trigger me & push me deeper into a pit of darkness. 

This season, you can do something different for you. You can change the way your future unfolds. You can take back the control, just like I did.

You can learn to embrace all that you are & all that you have TODAY. Yes, you may not be where you want to be. It may be hard. But use this episode as encouragement.
