EP 141: How to Become Fearlessly Successful in Your Pursuit of Recovery From Disordered Eating
Hey girl hey, let's drop it like it's hot (because it's ThursYAY!)
Okay okay...I admit I'm hyped up on coffee, a yummy breakfast & passion on this incredible morning. But, mostly I blame that the topic on today's podcast is something that I just can't wait to share with you & the world, because we don't talk about it enough.
If you are like me & most of the women I coach, you are highly successful in your life. But, recovering from years of unhealthy behaviors with food & awful thoughts about your body feels truly hard to overcome.
What you need to know: disordered eating & eating disorders give you safety, false purpose, self-affirming meaning & even identity....& this is why it's so hard to break free.
In Episode 141, I share my aha moment with you from my own recovery, where I learned that I wasn't entirely terrified of failing, I was actually terrified of succeeding!
PLOT TWIST am I right?

You will have to listen in to the show for all the goods today & share it with someone you love!
