I discuss what exactly is lapsing & relapsing in eating disorder recovery. & I share the 4 key steps that you can start implementing today to get out of your rut & prevent relapse of disordered eating.
Temptation is temporary. & if you can remove the triggers by understanding them in the first place, then you can help prevent relapse all together.
