Today's episode is all about FLYING!

Actually, it's mostly about embracing the recovery journey from food controlling your life & allowing yourself to experience your very best, while being mindful & getting intentional in the process. If you struggle with feeling like you are living in a constant state of auto pilot, then this one is for you!

I share my personal fear of flying & how I managed to release the control to the one true pilot, while leaning in & trusting that everything will work out as I head to my next destination.

I also discuss a recent example of intuitive eating & how stressful situations don't have to be all consuming, but can be liberating.

In Episode 40, I share with you my experience in giving up control & finding freedom both in eating disorder recovery & in thousands of miles high, up in the sky!
