EP 45: Can Affirmations Actually Work for You? Are They Enough? The Real Deal on Positive Self-Talk + Support for Your Day

Hey friend!

Did you know that according to researchers, regular practice of affirmations and positive self-talk actually has power to create superior momentum of influence in your life? So much so, there is MRI evidence suggesting that increases of positive affirmations lead to self-rewarding behavior change.
