When you are chained & programmed to food thoughts controlling your every day, you measure your success by lack. You allow yourself less, you run on less, you wish to weigh less, you thrive on consuming less.

Disordered eating becomes a game & you measure success on personal satisfaction & achievement on whether you do it "right" or eat "right", always feeling as though you are never enough, never worthy enough, or never thin enough. Life really is so much more than this!

You see, simple & still moments bring the most peace, clarity & freedom.
